The Region of Waterloo is carrying out a study to determine the most efficient and effective way to handle calls from the public’s point of view.
We need your help to improve our services by completing an on-line survey at http://www.atfocus.ca/link/RoWSurvey or by participating in a one hour focus group (to be held in rural and city locations and at different times of day). All information from the on-line survey and focus groups is received directly by the consultant to the project, AtFocus Inc., and will be treated as confidential. Individual data will at no time be provided to the Region.
