Individuals wishing to appear before Council or a Committee as a delegation need to contact the Regional Clerk's Office or call us at 519-575-4420. Click here for more information on delegations to Council and Standing Committees. Any comments addressed to the Regional Clerk or members of Council will become part of the public record.

Meeting Times and Locations
Each week the Regional Clerk's Office prepares a weekly schedule of meetings. This schedule lists all meetings of Regional Council and its standing and advisory committees scheduled for the following week, including the time and location of the meeting. Generally meetings are held in the Regional Council Chambers at 150 Frederick St., Kitchener. A schedule indicating the week's council or standing committee meetings are held are available below:

Effective August 11, 2009, Planning and Works Committee will start at 9:00 a.m., followed by Administration & Finance Committee, and then Community Services Committee.
