| 21. | ENACTMENT OF BY-LAWS – FIRST, SECOND & THIRD READINGS
a) A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon ten year installment debentures in the principal amount of $17,668,000 for purposes of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
b) A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon installment debentures in the aggregate principal amount of $10,244,000 ($1,344,000 principal amount of ten year installment debentures and $8,900,000 principal amount of fifteen year installment debentures) for purposes of The Corporation of the City of Kitchener.
c) A by-law to provide for the borrowing of the aggregate of the principal amounts authorized by by-laws numbered 04- and 04- and for the issuing of one series of installment debentures therfor.
d) A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon twenty year amortizing debentures in the principal amount of $5,140,000 for purposes of The Regional Municipality of Waterloo.
e) A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon twenty year amortizing debentures in the principal amount of $28,200,000 for purposes of the Waterloo Region District School Board.
f) A by-law to provide for the borrowing of the aggregate of the principal amounts authorized by by-laws numbered 04- and 04- and for the issuing of one series of amortizing debentures therefor.
g) A by-law to authorize the borrowing upon five year installment debentures in the principal amount of $100,000 for the purposes of the Corporation of the Township of Wellesley.
h) A By-law to Amend Traffic and Parking By-law 00-032, as amended, to include pedestrian signals at the intersection of Westmount Road (Regional Road # 50) and Dietz Avenue, City of Waterloo and to revise the "No Parking" restrictions on King Street (Regional Road 15) from 22m north of Mount Hope Street to Victoria Street, City of Kitchener.
i) A By-law to Confirm the Actions of Council. |
