Welcome to the "Be Good To Your Water" website!
Water Services has created a number of educational resources for elementary schools, environmental groups, and others interested in learning about water resources. Children can also explore interactive pages to learn interesting facts all about water. Jump in! The water's great!

NEWS! The popular game Thrills and Spills is now available on the Internet. Children and adults can make their way through Waterville, protecting and conserving water in the classroom or at home. Pick an animal to move around the board and answer skill testing questions to earn bonus points. Visit watergame.region.waterloo.on.ca to get started. Have fun!

This exciting board game, Thrills and Spills, is just one example of interactive activities that will teach basic water concepts and environmental stewardship.

All resources are aligned with the current Science and Technology Curriculum and are FREE to teachers and community groups.







Water Fun for Children
Children can print their own colouring pages like this one of a typical aquifer or science experiments they can do at home. They can also explore "The Story of Water" to test their water knowledge.
